La paella de mariscos es un plato emblemático de la gastronomía valenciana, reconocido internacionalmente. Se la conoce también como paella marinera. Es un atractivo turístico, aunque la paella de mariscos constituye un plato bien valenciano, que se origina en la Albufera, entre los siglos XV y XVI. Lo preparamos con arroz con langostino, cigala, mejillón y trocitos de rape, sepia y gamba pelada. Nuestra paella de mariscos es además elaborada con caldo de pescado natural. Cada ración pesa entre 475/525 gr. y contiene 1 langostino, 1 cigala y 1 mejillón.
